William Taylor, known as Mike, is an innovator and leader with an insatiable appetite for learning and is dedicated to put that learning into action.

He has held a variety national leadership positions with professional health organizations, including a recent term as Integrative Care Specialty Practice Group Chair.

He has spoken numerous times to national and local audiences on a wide variety of topics including spirituality, culture, and innovation in health care. His major interests are mind-body healing and role of spirituality in health improvement.

Mike is currently writing a book on spirituality and health and has developed an original model of health behavior change, The Unified Theory of Meaning Emergence, that is the first to completely and seamlessly combine science and spirituality.
